In my last post (last week) I said I'd keep you posted and I didn't!
I'm so sorry!
I made it into Phoenix Friday morning around 10:15 Arizona Time.
Took a shuttle to the hotel where I dropped off my luggage.
Then ran a block and a half across and down the street to the Convention Center
where the conference had already begun.
I hadn't missed too much...just some introductions.
Listened to the rest of that morning session until they broke off around noon for lunch.
While the rest went to lunch, I ran back to my hotel to shower.
I wanted to feel human again.
I had spent the whole night before in the Houston airport
with two other very sweet owls from Florida
They were angels in human form.
We hung out together, hoping the night would pass quickly
and it pretty much did.
The next few days were a blur of excitement and fun...learning, too.
I had the most AMAZING time!!!!
Met so many wonderful ladies from all our the country.
We had classes together, walked together, danced together,
and shared the excitement together.
We talked about our individual journeys in this life
and with this amazing company called Origami Owl.
I am so thankful I had the opportunity to take this trip.
I wasn't scared at all, not even when I was stranded in Houston.
I had a perfect peace the entire time.
God was watching over me and I knew it.
I am so thankful...
to my husband, also for rooting me on.
He has supported me and encouraged me very step of the way.
I love him and appreciate the way he has helped me to spread my wings.

Since I've been home, I've had SOOOOOO much to do
and I'm trying to adjust to the time change
and the exhaustion from the trip,
but it was a wonderful experience!!!!
Hope you enjoy these pictures.
I'll try to elaborate more later...
