I forgot to mention yesterday along with all the other weird things going on
there was a package missing - a Priority Mail package
that was suppose to be delivered in 2-3 days.
Well, guess what? It took 4. Don't trust Priority Mail.
And about the Jury Duty thing...
Drum Roll, PLEASE...
I have to report Monday morning by 8:05am.
Part of me is excited, after all, it is our Civic Duty,
but the rest of me is screaming I DON'T WANT TO GO!
I feel like I'm back at school and have absolutely no say in the matter.
I feel as though my life is not my own.
I'm wondering how in the WORLD I can put everything else on hold
while I fulfill my Civic Duty with Jury Duty.
Pray for me. I know God is in control.
I need to go to bed now. I'm tired.
There are not enough hours in the day and yet
if there were more hours there would be more to do.
I'm sounding cynical and I don't like to sound that way.
Let's go to sleep with a happy thought...
Tomorrow is Sunday, which means:
Church
Family
Grandchildren
Love
and hopefully some
Rest.
